Deal & price accuracy
Deals, prices, and coupon codes change quickly and are set by third-party retailers, not DealMartX. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and remove expired codes, but we can’t guarantee that every deal shown will be valid, in stock, or honored by the retailer at the time you use it.
Always confirm the final price and terms directly on the retailer’s site before completing a purchase.
Affiliate relationships
DealMartX participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission when you click a link or coupon on our site and make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. This is how DealMartX generates revenue and keeps the service free to use.
Third-party sites
DealMartX links to websites operated by third-party retailers. We don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, the content, policies, products, or practices of those sites. Any purchase you make on a retailer’s site is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The DealMartX name, logo, and site design are the property of DealMartX. Content on the site may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission, except for normal personal use like sharing a link to a deal.
Retailer names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Limitation of liability
DealMartX is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the site, for any user, at our discretion — for example, in cases of abuse, automated scraping, or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DealMartX operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
